Online Tutoring for Students with ADHD

Supporting ADHD Students Online

The pandemic up-ended our in-home model, forcing many of our coaches to become expert in helping their students using online technologies.

We are back to offering in-person coaching as our default, but we still offer online Executive Function coaching for clients that prefer it. 

What we can do

Our coach will set up times to meet online with your student throughout the week.  Sessions can be as short as 30 minutes. The coach will review all their assignments and help them prioritize and make lists of any deadlines for completing work. We can then help them work through any assignment which your student feels they need help with.

The tutor will always be able to see your student’s work and talk through the material they see on screen. Depending on your child’s device and the school’s system, the tutor may be able to work on the same documents as your child in real time. Using Zoom, the coach can take control of your child’s screen and help them navigate the school’s online system and track down the right resources.

Local coaches, where possible

Where possible, we will assign a coach in your time zone. However, in the interests of getting started quickly, we have wonderful coaches throughout the US, trained in our HomeworkCoach methodology, who could start working with your student immediately.
